Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end sales pursuits for high-value consulting engagements, from opportunity sourcing and shaping through contract closure.
• Strong ability to build and manage a pipeline of net-new opportunities and partner with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers, including Athletic Directors, university CFOs, and executive leadership, to develop and close strategic opportunities.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in college athletics, higher education, or related consulting environments.
