Role Description

This role involves executing and managing outbound lead generation campaigns on behalf of our business development team.

• Work closely with the Owner and Business Development Representative to identify prospects
• Craft personalized messaging and execute multi-channel outreach sequences
• Generate qualified meetings with potential clients
• Manage day-to-day cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach activities
• Ensure consistent pipeline generation and high-quality prospect engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running cold email outreach campaigns
• 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proven experience with Instantly.ai for cold email campaign management
• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Excellent written English with the ability to write natural, personalized outreach messages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume outreach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience using AI tools for prospect research and email copywriting
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Requirements

• Build, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai
• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles
• Write and A/B test personalized email copy tailored to specific industries
• Manage email deliverability, including domain warm-up and sender reputation
• Set up and maintain multi-step email sequences with follow-up cadences
• Track and report on key metrics: open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and meetings booked
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
• Engage with prospect content to warm up leads
• Log all outreach activity in Zoho CRM
• Maintain clean, organized prospect data with proper tagging
• Generate weekly reports on outreach performance and conversion metrics
• Continuously test and refine messaging and outreach timing
• Research and identify new prospect segments and markets
• Stay current on best practices for cold email deliverability
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate prospect research and campaign performance analysis
