Key Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of daily outbound cold calls to US-based prospects.
• Own the initial stages of the sales cycle by qualifying leads and booking discovery meetings.
• Navigate and overcome complex objections with confidence and professional control.
• Utilize and refine provided scripts while maintaining the agility to adapt conversations in real-time.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional cold calling with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets.
• Exceptional command of the English language with clear, fluent speech and the ability to build immediate rapport with US-based stakeholders.
• Mastery of objection handling and the ability to drive high-pressure conversations toward a positive outcome.
• Technical proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales productivity software.
• Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US Eastern Time (EST).
• A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the discipline to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
