Role Description

Würth Baer Supply Company is currently seeking a results-driven Coating Specialist (Territory Manager – Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to serve and build on an established book of business covering all of Illinois and Wisconsin.

• Compensation Structure: Base (target salary) + quarterly commission bonus program.
• Automotive Allowance: $600/month + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS."
• Active Clients: Several Hundred with no internal competition.
• Customer Type: Millwork fabricators, store fixtures, furniture manufacturers, kitchen & bath showrooms/manufacturers.
• Product Summary: Paint, stain, and other finish solvents/coatings products from AkzoNobel/Chemcraft and Wurth Solvents.
• Geographical Region Served: State of Illinois and State of Wisconsin, comfortable traveling anywhere in IL/WI as needed.
• Overnights Per Month: 3 to 5 days approximately.
• Ideal Area of Residence: Northern IL or Southern WI.

As a Coating Specialist, you will work independently to grow your market, handle current customer accounts, and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience selling similar goods.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
