[Hiring] Cloud Product Sales Manager @Rubrik Job Board

Role Description

Rubrik is looking for a Sales Executive with deep experience in Data Protection and SaaS security to lead revenue generation for our new product incubation team, RubrikX. As a quota carrying GTM Sales Lead, you will own product line revenue targets by driving the corporate go-to-market strategy and leading key account sales activities. You will evangelize, position, and close deals for Rubrik's Salesforce Data Protection offering across a mix of enterprise and strategic customers throughout North America.

What You'll Do:

• Provide sales leadership and direction to Rubrik sales teams developing and positioning Rubrik's Salesforce Data Protection offering.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to customers and act as a Salesforce backup, recovery, and data security go-to-market expert when positioning Rubrik's cloud capabilities to key accounts.
• Lead sales calls and executive conversations, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify market trends.
• Qualify and manage sales opportunities regarding budget, decision-making process, competition, and timeline, driving deals to close.
• Maintain a consistent cadence with product management to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer demand and market feedback.
• Help develop marketing and sales collateral to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and market positioning.
• Deliver sales enablement to Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales teams.
• Cross-functionally drive adoption of Rubrik's Salesforce Data Protection offering throughout Rubrik and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Additional preference for experience selling AI, Cloud, Security technologies that focus on observability and/or governance.
• Driven and desirous of success, highly energetic, with a strong hands-on, "can do" approach.
• Fundamental business and market knowledge of backup and recovery, zero-trust security, ransomware resilience, and granular/record-level data recovery, ideally within the Salesforce Core Platform sufficient to sell into technical buyers.
• Entrepreneurial, willing to go the extra mile, resourceful, and possesses a "get it done" attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple calls and executive meetings per day with immediate follow-up.
• A high level of business acumen and experience working with C-suite personnel, positioning technology solutions to solve business challenges.
• Smart, adaptable, and open-minded.
