Role Description
Candidates will market, sell, manage, and support the delivery of healthcare consulting services from ECRIβs safety management solutions portfolio that includes but is not limited to:

Medication Error Prevention and other Institute for Safe Medication Practices solutions

Culture of safety

Healthcare clinical risk management

Continuous quality improvement
-
Clinically informed Human Factors Engineering (HFE)

Patient Safety Organization solutions

Patient Safety management solutions

Systems analysis work including root cause analysis

A variety of educational offerings

Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)

Other applicable systems safety management solutions
This position manages the sales process beginning with the identification of appropriate targets through close upon execution of agreements for both new and repeat ECRI clients.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of previous healthcare consulting experience.

At least 3 years of clinical and/or aging services solution selling is required.
-
Prior experience in proposal preparation, project management, and service and solutions development is desirable.

Previous experience working in a US provider in either risk and quality, risk and safety, clinical operations departments, and/or aging services provider sector is desired.

Demonstrated a thorough understanding of basic principles of management, clinical operations, and good judgment in their application to hospitals and/or other healthcare settings.

Capable of assimilating new technologic and administrative methods and processes quickly and comfortably.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus required.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and work well with many different professionals and departments in the healthcare field.

Proven capability in consulting service development and management and delivery of services to clients.

Must have excellent written and verbal communications and demonstrable independent problem solving and decision making skills.

Ability to multitask with attention to detail and to meet competing deadlines is required.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in clinical engineering, nursing, allied health, and/or healthcare administration required.

Graduate degree in clinical engineering, nursing, allied health, and/or healthcare administration is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of Products (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
