[Hiring] Client Solutions Advisor @Paychex

Role Description

Selling Company's products and services by developing relationships with clients and referrals from internal sales partners to increase overall revenue for clients in the 20+ employee space.

• Presenting Paychex solutions and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
• Building relationships and maintaining partnerships with other Paychex sales representatives to effectively drive internal referrals and provide clients with complete solutions available with Paychex product and service offerings.
• Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which solutions are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
• Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
• Projecting a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• May be required to travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of HCM Experience - Required

Requirements

• In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $63,000 - $98,000. This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
• If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
