Role Description

Scale Sales Teams is expanding its remote sales team and looking for an Atlanta-based team opening that can be filled by a strong consultative communicator working from anywhere. If you enjoy meaningful client conversations, this role puts the emphasis where it belongs: understanding what a prospect needs, explaining the right solution, and confidently guiding the next step.

ABOUT THE WORK

• Support consultants, agencies, and online brands with sales processes, trained sales teams, and AI-supported client-acquisition systems.
• This is a full-time, fully remote sales position centered on scheduled Zoom and phone conversations with interested prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, closing, or another relationship-driven client role.
• Clear communication skills, active listening, and the ability to ask useful questions.
• Comfortable with Zoom, phone conversations, and organized follow-up.
• Ownership of your schedule and performance.
• Enjoy learning, receiving feedback, and improving your approach.

Requirements

• Lead discovery conversations with prospects who have booked appointments.
• Understand business goals, current challenges, and opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Explain appropriate services in plain language and guide prospects through the decision process.
• Address questions or objections professionally and follow through when a next conversation is needed.
• Keep CRM and pipeline notes accurate.
• Work with your team on performance goals, weekly targets, and continued improvement.

Compensation and Application

The posted salary range for this opening is $2,307–$3,307 per week. Role expectations and any applicable performance incentives will be discussed during interviews.
