[Hiring] Client Partner @Intradiem

Role Description

The Client Partner is a senior, quota-carrying sales role responsible for forming peer-level executive relationships with senior operations and technology leaders, most often a Chief Operating Officer or SVP of Operations, within Intradiem's targeted Net New Logo enterprise accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Client Partner leads a dedicated executive buyer's journey for full-suite Dynamic Workforce Orchestration (DWO) opportunities.

• Form peer-level executive relationships with senior operations and technology leaders.
• Elevate every conversation to the senior executive level and gain control of the sales cycle.
• Gain VITO engagement at 30 to 50 target accounts through a coordinated multi-touch outreach plan.
• Sell the value of Intradiem's DWO Operational Assessment and gain signed agreement.
• Run the Operational Assessment engagement with the discipline of a management consulting project.
• Broker the introduction between the client's senior executive sponsor and Intradiem's own executive sponsor.
• Deliver the Operational Assessment findings alongside Intradiem's consulting team.
• Gain agreement on next steps and communication cadence.
• Own the opportunity through close as the senior relationship owner.
• Participate in a coordinated prospecting cadence alongside marketing and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to C-suite and senior executive buyers.
• Experience selling workforce management, contact center technology, business process outsourcing, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to prospect and client sites as needed.
• Proven ability to gain access to and build trust with senior operations executives.
• Experience partnering with consulting or professional services teams.
• Strong executive presence and gravitas.

• Executive-caliber written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record owning $10 million or larger account relationships.
• Building $5 to $10 million or more in new business annually.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or a comparable client-facing advisory role is a strong plus.
