Role Description
The Client Executive is a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for driving growth and deepening relationships with TransUnionβs Consumer Interactive offerings. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Leading and coordinating resources for client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions.

Facilitating both client-facing and internal sales meetings; ensuring appropriate resource participation.

Partnering with Industry Executives to identify and drive adoption of new product opportunities, supporting strategic client growth.

Serving as your customer's advocate; deeply understanding their business model and position within the market, and converting this knowledge into successful engagements with TransUnion.

Owning the account planning process, and determining the most strategic initiatives and priorities for your customers.

Reviewing usage gaps and expansion opportunities in support of customer retention and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in direct outside and/or inside sales; communicating with all levels of the buying organization.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers, navigating complex stakeholder environments with credibility and influence.

Notable experience within the Fintech/Offer Aggregator/PFM vertical, preferably specializing in B2C.

The ability to articulate sophisticated messaging around our solutions, analytics, industry trends, and TransUnion's value proposition.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Skilled at navigating complex client environments and delivering integrated, strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
