[Hiring] Client Engagement Specialist @Job Duck

Role Description

A growing Family Law Firm based in Orange County, California, is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and drive the firm’s client acquisition efforts. This is a high-level sales and client engagement position, not a traditional administrative intake role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Clearly communicate the value of the firm’s legal services
• Maintain organized lead pipelines and communication schedules
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and firm systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs)
• Conduct initial consultations and discovery conversations with leads
• Gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters
• Conduct consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clients
• Facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to client
• Guide prospective clients through the consultation and retention process
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retention

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Intake, Client Success, or Business Development
• Experience converting prospects into paying clients or customers
• Strong customer service background
• Experience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferred

Requirements

• Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
• Languages: English

Benefits

• Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
