Role Description

Help clients make confident decisions about protection for themselves and their families. AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across our markets. You will help clients understand insurance options and guide them through a needs-based review process.

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company
• Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
• Review individual and family insurance needs
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
• Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain information clearly
• High level of professionalism and reliability
• Detail-oriented approach to client service
• Comfortable with computer systems
• Ability to contribute both independently and as a teammate

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
