Role Description
Until now, new business at Newxel has been founder-led. The strategy, the markets, the pricing model and the sales incentive scheme are in place. What we need is the leader who takes them and runs revenue as a system:
-
Revenue from new business across all our markets.
-
You are accountable for new-business revenue and its sustainability, not for a personal pipeline.
-
The commercial process end to end.
-
How we sell and what we sell: stages, qualification rules, roles and timelines from first contact to signed contract.
-
Positioning in sales: ensure consistent messaging from marketing to the market.
-
Regional presence: decide on presence in each market and manage the associated budget.
-
The sales team: set plans, run pipeline reviews, hire and develop regional sales leads.
-
Sales incentives: own and administer the sales compensation scheme.
-
Market programmes: execute and adjust current market entry programmes based on data.
-
Selling through the platform: define the sales flow inside our platform.
-
Pipeline machine: work with Revenue Operations on market signals and volume.
-
Pricing: own the rate card and price corridor.
-
Handover to Customer Success: define client handover and expansion ownership.
What you will not do
-
You do not manage existing client accounts.
-
You do not build CRM or automation yourself.
-
You do not rewrite the strategy in your first months: you execute it, measure it and then propose changes in writing.
First 90 days
-
Both current market programmes run under you, with regional leads reporting to you.
-
The sales process and quoting are documented and working for every active market.
-
A one-page sales plan for the next year by market and model, agreed with the CEO and finance.
-
Sales incentives calculated from the CRM as a system.
-
A regional presence plan with budget.
-
A written handover protocol with Customer Success.
Qualifications
-
8+ years in B2B sales in IT services or products, including 3+ years leading sellers with accountability for team revenue.
-
Experience building and administering sales compensation: plans, commissions, attribution disputes.
-
Owned a sales process and pricing as a system: documented stages and rules.
-
Multi-market sales experience without attachment to a single region.
-
Fluent, negotiation-level English.
-
Understanding of how a product is sold, not only a service.
-
Ability to work well from an existing strategy: execute, measure, propose changes with rationale.
-
Based in Europe.
A strong plus
-
Experience in talent solutions, staffing, EOR, or dedicated teams.
-
Experience leading remote sellers across geographies.
-
Experience building a sales motion around an AI product.
-
Ukrainian or Russian language skills.
How we work
-
Direct communication, written decisions, ownership.
-
Expect proposals with rationale when something is unclear, not a list of open questions.
