Role Description
We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage private jet charter inquiries and close high-value sales in the private aviation space. In this role, you’ll work with high-net-worth clients, craft tailored flight solutions, and deliver a white-glove, luxury client experience from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.

Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Conversion

Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert leads into closed bookings

Present customized flight solutions based on client needs

Guide clients through the full booking process

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients

Deliver a premium, concierge-level experience

Drive repeat business and long-term client retention

Participate in rotating schedules for extended coverage

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales (high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing roles preferred)

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience using:

CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)

Communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, email, phone)

Comfortable working EST hours with rotating availability
Nice to Have

Experience in private aviation or charter sales

Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms

Knowledge of:

Private jet categories and specifications

Flight range and cabin configurations

Understanding of Part 135 operations
