Role Description

As a Charter Broker, you will:

• Develop and manage new business opportunities in the Spanish market;
• Take full responsibility for your flight portfolio from inquiry to completion;
• Work autonomously while having the support of our dedicated operations team;
• Leverage our proprietary technology and extensive operator network to deliver exceptional client experiences;
• Collaborate with the Jetfly fractional sales team to provide comprehensive aviation solutions;
• Contribute to the growth and development of our market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet charter brokerage;
• Currently generating over €300,000 in net margin annually;
• Strong fluency in Spanish and English;
• Existing client network and industry relationships;
• Excellent understanding of the Spanish and European private aviation market;
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high service standards;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen;
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
