Role Description

Join Badger Meter – Driving Innovation in Water Technology. As a Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships with our authorized distributors. This is not just about managing numbers—it’s about collaboration, trust, and shared success. You’ll work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform water management.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with Badger Meter’s goals and values.
• Partner with distributors to present innovative water technology solutions to customers and prospects.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to distributor teams, leveraging Badger Meter’s collaborative culture and resources.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that drive mutual success.
• Share competitive insights and market trends to help distributors stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing distributor relationships; water industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within your territory.
