Role Description
The Channel Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for selling company software products and services in the assigned territory through indirect sales channels such as National Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, and Consultants. We are seeking a Channel Account Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive global partner go to market plan with TD SYNNEX.

Develop and execute global channel strategies with TD SYNNEX to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth across EMEA, APJ, and LATAM.

Lead joint enablement, marketing, and demand generation initiatives with TD SYNNEX to build pipeline and accelerate partner-led sales.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new TD SYNNEX regional entities and downstream reseller partners to expand Quest’s market coverage and solution adoption.

Manage and strengthen relationships with TD SYNNEX stakeholders and priority partners, driving joint business plans, profitability, and share of wallet.

Own and execute the Quest–TD SYNNEX Channel Plan, including training programs, enablement journeys, certifications, and partner performance metrics.

Ensure TD SYNNEX and downstream partner sales and technical teams remain current on Quest products, programs, and required certifications.

Deliver regular enablement sessions, QBRs, and performance reviews to improve partner capability, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Generate, manage, and report on joint pipeline and forecast, ensuring predictable growth and visibility into new business opportunities.

Lead special channel initiatives and strategic projects, collaborating closely with Quest sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

Work with Quest and TD SYNNEX marketing to design and run lead-generation and co-marketing campaigns aligned to priority solutions and regions.

Represent Quest at TD SYNNEX events, partner sales meetings, and industry forums, delivering compelling sales presentations and thought leadership to drive demand.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, or partner development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Experience in setting up global distribution - TD Synnex.

Demonstrated success in working with national partners, technology vendors, distributors, resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms.

Experience in data management and AI is a plus.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess sales and market data to drive strategic decisions.

Experience in lead generation initiatives and demand generation marketing programs.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective sales training.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Travel up to 60-70% required.
