[Hiring] CE Senior Consultant @Velosio

Role Description

Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics CE Team. As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will focus on providing the ideal client experience as a trusted advisor.

• Lead projects:
• Work closely with Velosio PMO on project schedules, client communication, and team expectations.
• Work closely with the client to flush out business requirements, design of business process and the CRM solution.
• Perform documentation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Advise, guide, and provide insights to the client throughout the entire project engagement.
• Closely manage project risks, budget, and timeline.
• As needed, provide support to Velosio’s existing clients.
• Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions.
• Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs.
• Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes.
• Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases.
• Foster a team environment.
• Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences.
• Be an advocate for the team.

Qualifications

• Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Project Operations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE subject matter expert.
• Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication.
• Experience communicating with Directors and C-level management.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
• Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements.
• Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service.
• Able to travel as needed, up to 30%.
