In this role within our Carrier Customer Management Sales Europe division, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, maximizing retention, and strengthening partnerships across the European market.

This is not a traditional, single-track sales role. We are looking for a dynamic hybrid professional who possesses the strategic drive of a Hunter to uncover new expansion opportunities, combined with the relationship-building care of a Farmer to ensure long-term retention. Working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing global team, you will leverage data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and deliver exceptional value to our carrier customers representing Transporeon across Europe, making a direct impact on the transformation of the supply chain industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Sales, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technical software environment.
• Professional fluency (C1/C2 level) in both German and English, with proven capability to negotiate and build executive relationships in both languages.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, forecast market trends, and refine strategic commercial decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and negotiation skills across diverse cultural and corporate environments.

Requirements

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing impactful expansion opportunities across European carrier accounts.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for European carriers.
• Utilize complex sales metrics and data insights to proactively protect account health, mitigate risks, and maximize long-term retention.
• Represent the company at major industry trade fairs, internal events, and on-site customer visits across Europe to solidify market presence.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to translate direct customer feedback into continuous product and operational enhancements.
