Role Description

We're looking for an experienced, goal-oriented Canada Sales Manager to cover a maternity leave on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This role sells immune-boosting, natural health products throughout Canada and manages both the National Broker Team and Distribution. The exact start and end dates will be confirmed in the employment offer, tied to the leave this role is covering.

This person works with our sales team to drive top-line revenue, new customer acquisition, and field execution for one of the fastest-growing better-for-you wellness brands in the CPG space. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executives and directors to establish sales goals for the region through market analysis, creation of a strategic 90-day plan, and fearless execution.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and achieve quarterly key performance metrics.
• Establish and build strong relationships with existing national retailers (both corporate and field-based management) and prospective retail outlets throughout the region (e.g. Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, Healthy Planet, London Drugs, Jean Coutu, Independents, etc).
• Provide leadership, direction, and support for broker partners.
• Champion the Beekeeper's Naturals brand and contribute to a successful, inspiring team culture that encourages personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a national or regional sales role, preferably in the CPG industry, including experience managing external broker or distribution relationships.
• Adaptable, driven, curious, and highly motivated.
• Passionate about the health, wellness, and fitness market.
• People-oriented, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with a dose of humility.
• Genuine satisfaction in closing and building a business.
• Industry knowledge, contacts, and experience working with external sales broker teams.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and attend trade and tabletop shows, including some nights and weekends.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Comparable prior experience with Canadian retailers.

Contract & Location

• Contract type: Fixed-term, approximately 15 months, covering a maternity leave.
• Location: Fully remote, based in the metro Toronto, ON.
