[Hiring] Business Manager @Remote Raven

Role Description

Our client is a US medical device company. They design, develop, and sell clinical products used in hospitals and emergency medicine. You will be the person who helps them grow, reporting to and working side-by-side with the VP of Sales & Marketing, supporting the wider leadership team. The role has two halves:

• Commercial:
  • Research hospitals, health systems, EMS organizations, and distributors.
  • Identify key decision-makers inside each target account.
  • Run prospecting and lead generation across various channels.
  • Develop new sales opportunities and maintain follow-up on prospects.
  • Communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records: leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-up.
  • Schedule sales meetings, product presentations, and customer follow-up.
  • Support independent sales representatives and distribution partners.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives including social media and email campaigns.
  • Work directly with the VP of Sales & Marketing to execute priorities.
• Operational:
  • Support customer and vendor onboarding.
  • Assist with purchase orders, order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
  • Help coordinate inventory and manufacturing-related activities.
  • Maintain organized company records and shared files.
  • Support distributor and customer administrative needs.
  • Assist with sales and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other company activities.
  • Provide general operational and project support to the leadership team.
  • Learn and progressively take ownership of day-to-day business processes.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Mountain Standard Time.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• A reliable home-office environment for video meetings.

Requirements

• B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical device, or professional sales environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead-management systems.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual communication platforms.
• Prior experience working with US-based companies or sales teams.
• Healthcare or medical device experience preferred but not required.
