Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who knows how to turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities. This isn't a role where you'll simply work through a list of leads. You’ll own the outbound process:

• Researching prospects
• Reaching decision-makers
• Running cold outreach
• Qualifying opportunities
• Booking meetings with senior stakeholders

You’ll work directly with an established B2B company with the tools, lead intelligence, and sales infrastructure you need to perform. Your target: consistently generate qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, BDR or lead-generation experience
• A proven track record of calling and booking qualified sales appointments
• Confidence speaking with business owners, executives and senior decision-makers
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
• Comfortable working to clear KPIs and revenue targets
• Self-motivated, competitive and accountable for your own performance
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote-working setup
