[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Assignar

Role Description

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be part of the Sales team and be the first real conversation most contractors have with Assignar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying the right leads.
• Working inbound and outbound leads against our ICP scoring signals.
• Starting conversations that lead to opportunities.
• Running cold email cadences and cold calls that get replies.
• Nurturing prospects between meetings with useful follow-ups.
• Turning webinar attendees into pipeline opportunities.
• Preparing handoff briefs for Account Executives.
• Attending trade shows and industry events to meet contractors.
• Sharing insights with Marketing during weekly BDR syncs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales development (SaaS preferred).
• Experience in construction or trades is a bonus.
• Track record of hitting or beating sales quotas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Clay.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Curiosity about the construction industry.
• Organized and self-directed with pipeline management.

• Ability to manage your own pipeline and work quickly.
