JBS Dev is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone in an SDR/BDR role who is looking to build a strong foundation in business development.
In this role, youβll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through:

You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to:

This is a full-time, 100% remote position. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the US.
Qualifications
-
2+ years' experience as a B2B Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or a similar role
-
Experience in lead generation through cold-calling, emailing, and social media channels
-
Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience negotiating and handling objections

Must be extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback

Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
Requirements

Enterprise selling experience highly preferred

Experience selling customized software solutions or complex software products, demonstrating an ability to understand and convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with consultative sales approaches that focus on aligning product capabilities with client-specific needs

Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage for this role
