Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and inclusive Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing a high volume of both inbound leads and outbound business development, ensuring a client-first approach. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success in the wealth management sector.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads.

Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to quota-carrying sales team.

Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis.

Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.

Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts.

Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan.

Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects.

Keep up to date with the financial technology industry and competitive landscape.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions.

Prioritize client needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.

3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative looking to progress their career.

Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo.

Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets.

Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.

Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling.
