Weβre looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to be the driving force behind our top-of-funnel activities. Your role will be critical in identifying and engaging qualified leads, creating opportunities, and ultimately driving the growth of our AI-powered solutions in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities

Own the Top of the Funnel

Conduct outbound prospecting through email, calls, and social platforms to generate qualified leads.

Research and identify high-potential healthcare practices, leveraging tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.

Craft personalized messaging and sequences to engage prospects effectively.

Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.

Lead Qualification

Use discovery techniques to assess prospect needs and fit with Decoda Healthβs solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, tracking outreach, responses, and progress through the funnel.

Crush Your Metrics

Collaborate with the founder to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and conversion rates.

Metrics and Performance
-
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities created.

Analyze and report on outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
-
2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or health-tech environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets for meetings booked or opportunities generated.

Experience with multichannel prospecting, including email, calls, and social outreach.

Knowledge of growth tactics such as referral programs, events, or targeted campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages and confidently engage prospects.

Experience working with or selling to medical practices is a strong plus.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Amplemarket, Instantly, or similar platforms.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively contributing to team goals.
