Our business is growing so we have an ongoing need to build and scale our Sales Team. As a Business Development Manager - Refrigerated Division, you will join our Boomer Fresh Team. This is a division of Dynamic Connections that focuses specifically on produce and refrigerated goods in Canada and the US markets. What’s unique about this role is that you control your success.

Responsible for driving produce business growth by effectively developing a pipeline of potential customers.

Focus on prospects in the US that ship produce products on refrigerated equipment both domestically and cross border.

Identify, prospect, and secure new customers using a variety of tools and methods, with the support of the entire organization.

Start with prospecting and cold calling, building deep, meaningful, and rewarding relationships with customers.

Partner with our best-in-class Solutions Team to focus on customers’ needs after securing new customers.

Receive permanent commissions on every customer that you help us partner with.

Qualifications

A proven track record in sales with success in quantitative and qualitative metrics.

A self-starter with heaps of initiative, comfortable with cold calling and pursuing new customers.

A natural born communicator with active listening and clear communication skills.

Highly collaborative, always looking for ways to ensure success for customers and the business.

Endlessly curious, enjoying the thrill of the hunt for new customers and solutions.

Demonstrated prior success in sales and metrics, as well as prior cold calling experience.
Requirements

Experience with Salesforce is an asset, but not required; previous sales software experience is ideal.
