Role Description
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support the growth of our expanding Staff Leasing team in France. This role is ideal for a proactive B2B sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, an active client portfolio, and a solid understanding of the recruitment or HR services landscape. As a key contributor to our European growth strategy, you will focus on acquiring new clients, developing tailored staffing solutions, and building long-term partnerships in the French market.

Drive customer acquisition and grow our presence in France.

Develop and track compelling proposals with support from the Market Leader.

Nurture strong, lasting customer relationships that deliver results.

Be inventive in creating proposals and setting competitive pricing.

Track your revenue via CRM with motivating targets.

Recruitment:

Take ownership of customer orders and coordinate them effectively within the team.

Manage your own recruitment assignments, finding the right talent for the right roles.

Identify recruitment needs (permanent contracts, temporary work, tailored solutions).

Work in collaboration with a team of experienced recruiters.

Keep customers regularly informed with clear, professional updates.

Explore and develop new recruitment channels to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications

Native French speaker with excellent English skills, living in France.

3+ years recruitment experience in the French market.

Proven experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing recruitment teams.

A natural talent for customer acquisition with a strong track record.
