Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative / Sales Representative who understands the facility management industry and already has an established network of contacts and potential clients.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven sales professional who already has relationships within the facility management, property management, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, logistics, or related industries.

The ideal candidate has an existing book of business and professional network and is capable of generating qualified opportunities and new customers from Day 1.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying opportunities
• Developing relationships with decision-makers
• Presenting our services
• Negotiating opportunities
• Converting prospects into long-term customers

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling facility management, commercial maintenance, building services, or related services
• An established book of business and network of industry contacts
• Existing relationships with potential commercial customers
• A demonstrated history of winning new accounts
• Strong understanding of how facility management procurement and vendor selection work
• Experience working with facility managers, property managers, corporate real estate teams, procurement departments, or similar decision-makers
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule and sales activities
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Professional and results-oriented approach

• Experience with facility management platforms, national accounts, vendor management programs, or outsourced maintenance programs is highly desirable

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. The compensation structure is designed to reward successful business development and new customer acquisition. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn significant additional compensation through commissions.
