Requirements

• Draw against commission provided during ramp period to support early income
• Commission tied directly to weekly recurring billable revenue
• Income scales as your client base grows, with no cap on earnings
• Illustrative annual earning potential:
• Weekly Revenue: $5,000 - Annual Earnings: $25K–$35K
• Weekly Revenue: $10,000 - Annual Earnings: $55K–$75K
• Weekly Revenue: $20,000 - Annual Earnings: $120K–$140K
• Weekly Revenue: $30,000 - Annual Earnings: $160K–$225K
• Weekly Revenue: $40,000+ - Annual Earnings: $250K+
• Actual earnings vary based on revenue generated and client retention. Typical commissions are ~12–14% of revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and physicians
• Generate new client leads and convert them into ongoing home care cases
• Represent our agency in the local healthcare community
• Develop and manage your own pipeline and partnerships
