This is a sales and relationship management position. Consideration will be given to those who have several years of business banking relationship management experience in working with businesses in the 2 - 10MM in annual revenue.

The RM Virtual position manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment. The objective is to maintain and grow the book of business. The role involves significant outbound calling, identifying business needs, and driving new opportunities within assigned relationships. Success requires:

• The ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment.
• Leverage technology quickly.
• Stay highly organized given the volume and pace.

Candidates should be comfortable working with large sets of metrics, maintaining accountability, and operating in a monitored environment due to the role’s structure. Books of business are typically on one time zone but may not be territory‑concentrated. Analyzing business tax returns and structuring small business loans are a plus.

While titled “virtual,” the role is remote. There will be some annual travel expectations for team meetings, and the hiring manager will review specific onsite requirements during the interview process.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Spanish Speaking - Preferred.
