[Hiring] Brand Alliance Agent @Property and Liability Coverage for Real Estate Investors

Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic, organized, tech savvy people-person with passion for the tattoo and beauty industries to join an emerging association as Brand Alliance Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys growing networks, developing value-driven partnerships and finding creative solutions that drive growth and presence.

The Brand Alliance Agent is responsible for building relationships with external businesses to secure sponsorships, preferred pricing, and exclusive discounts for members of a tattoo industry-focused association. Acting as the on-the-ground representative, this individual will engage with potential partners, present the value of affiliation, and negotiate benefit offerings that enhance the member experience. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and passionate about creating win-win partnerships that support real estate investors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or partnership outreach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
• Ability to negotiate and close partnership deals.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to meet with potential partners.
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for supporting the ink and/or beauty shop industries and communities.
• Ability to travel to events, for meetings and to Kansas City headquarters.

Requirements

• Visit national businesses to introduce the association and explore partnership opportunities.
• Present the value proposition of offering exclusive deals or sponsorships to association members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
• Secure sponsorships, discounts, and promotional offers from service providers, retailers, and vendors relevant to real estate investors.
• Negotiate terms that benefit both the partner and the association’s members.
• Coordinate with the Association Manager to ensure alignment with broader partnership strategy.
• Ensure all secured deals are documented, promoted, and accessible to members.
• Gather feedback from members on desired benefits and categories of interest.
• Assist in tracking usage and effectiveness of partner offerings.
• Collaborate with partners to improve performance.
• Maintain records of outreach efforts, signed agreements, and partner details in CRM or tracking systems.
• Provide regular updates to the Association Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote new partnerships and benefits.
