Role Description

IGrow Home Loans is seeking Bond Consultants or Bond Aggregators based in South Africa. Join our dynamic team where your expertise in property finance and home loans will be rewarded.

We are looking for experienced professionals who excel in bond origination and bring along an existing book of business. If you have a proven track record of monthly grant figures averaging from R5 million to R7 million or more, and can demonstrate consistent approved grants, we would like to hear from you.

And yes — we work with all the major banks.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in bond origination, property finance or home loans as a Bond Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, Home Loan Consultant, Property Loan Specialist or Bond Aggregator
• Existing client base and/or strong relationships with Real Estate Agents
• Ability to provide evidence of approved grants and consistent performance
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, the property market and banking processes
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own sales pipeline
• Self-motivated, results-driven and committed to maintaining consistent performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements

• Consult with Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, and clients daily for affordability assessments and bond applications
• Manage your sales pipeline independently and effectively
• Thoroughly complete application forms and submit applications to financial institutions through the DealMaker system
• Conduct daily follow-ups with banks on submitted applications
• Provide regular feedback and updates to clients throughout the process
• Motivate declined applications and conduct rate appeals with banks
• Maintain a high conversion ratio and ensure granted applications are converted into “done deals”
• Assist clients throughout the home loan process, from application through to approval and registration
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, attorneys, and real estate professionals
• Leverage your existing client book and industry network to secure new opportunities
• Provide expert advice on property finance solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Negotiate favourable terms and facilitate seamless loan approvals for clients
• Stay up to date with property finance trends, lending regulations, and banking requirements
