[Hiring] Biopharmaceutical Representative / Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative @Amgen

Role Description

Report to Business Manager (INF team), responsible for product promotion within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales target.

• Product promotion – Ophthalmology and Immunology products
• Collaborate with manager and territory partner to develop and implement territory Plan of Action
• Evaluate progress vs plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager where necessary
• Provide feedback to product sales management on competitor activity
• Detail products in accordance with Amgen’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy
• Continuously develop and improve product knowledge communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs
• Build and maintain long-term associations with physicians and other health care professionals based on trust
• Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up to date
• Follow up on customer queries in a timely manner
• Ensure open communication and shares best practices in close collaboration with the rest of the team actively exchanging ideas
• Participate in the Amgen Performance Management System MAP

Qualifications

• 4 – 5 year(s) of prior selling experience in the pharmaceutical market / Candidate with less experience will be considered as Biopharmaceutical Representative.
• BA/BSc Degree with strong science background.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Team Player
• Basic knowledge of and experience in the local healthcare environment
• Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
• Fluency in Cantonese & English, both in oral and written communication
