Role Description

Are you someone who takes on big challenges? We are looking for the Sales Manager who will break through our ceiling alongside our sales team!

• Lead and Develop: You will recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.
• Conversion Strategy: You will design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
• Process Optimization: You will refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
• Analysis and Reporting: You will present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.
• Client Retention: You will lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.
• Attend the consultation day events.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience in managing sales teams and meeting aggressive goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
• Winning Mindset: Total orientation toward results and the ability to implement urgency-based incentives (On the Spot Sales).
• Learning Culture: Interest in actively participating in internal and external training (e.g., Cardone University, 8FF).
• Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/English.
