[Hiring] Bilingual Sales/Intake Specialist @Staffing for Doctors

Role Description

We are seeking a Medical Sales/Intake Specialist to support our client's Outpatient Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation practice. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using GoHighLevel and Prompt EMR to convert high-intent inbound/outbound leads, manage speed-to-lead follow-ups, and comfortably guide Medicare-age patients and their families through scheduling evaluations with a warm, local, and high-trust phone presence.

• Deliver high speed-to-lead across all GoHighLevel (GHL) inquiries (phone, web, Meta ads, faxes, and ALF referrals) via phone, text, and email.
• Utilize consultative, empathetic communication to convert prospective patients and their adult children into booked clinic evaluations.
• Manage case creation, evaluation booking, and schedule optimization directly within Prompt EMR while respecting clinic capacity rules.
• Maintain complete accuracy of the GHL sales pipeline stages (new, contacted, booked, no-show, nurture, lost with reason).
• Coordinate benefit verifications with the billing team and hand off ready patients smoothly to on-site Clinic Coordinators and ALF Directors.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience using both GoHighLevel (GHL) and Prompt EMR (case creation and scheduling).
• Proven experience in healthcare appointment setting, intake conversion, or high-intent healthcare sales.
• Confident communicating with Medicare-age adults and their family members without sounding like a rigid call center or billing department.

Requirements

• Specialty clinic background (Physical Therapy, Med-Spa, Dental, or Rehab).
• Familiarity with healthcare VoIP platforms like Weave.

Benefits

• Full-time contractor position (40 hours per week).
• Starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.
