Role Description

We are actively seeking motivated Spanish-speaking professionals to join our rapidly growing team serving the Latino community across the United States. This position combines Customer Service, Client Support, Account Management, and Sales Support responsibilities. You will help clients understand available programs, provide exceptional service, and build long-term relationships while developing valuable professional and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, email, and virtual meetings
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer support
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist with account management and client retention
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
• Support business growth through relationship-building and consultative sales support

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish required
• English is a plus but not required
• Customer service, sales, call center, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with interest in professional growth
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
