[Hiring] Bilingual Loan Consultant @Auto Approve

Role Description

We're looking for passionate, competitive B2C sales pros who are ready to close for our next class of Loan Consultants — and who can do it fluently in both English and Spanish!

• Uncapped commission on top of a competitive base pay of $18.46/hr
• Average Loan Consultants earn $100K/year, with top 10% earning $175K+
• Next hiring class scheduled to start on 10/19/2026

As a Bilingual Loan Consultant, you'll work warm leads consisting of motivated customers — both English- and Spanish-speaking — who've already reached out to save money on their auto loan. You'll:

• Walk customers through their refinance options
• Connect them with our lending partners
• Offer add-on protection products like GAP and warranty coverage
• Collect the documentation needed to fund the loan

This isn't a dealership sales pitch — it's about clearly laying out the financial upside of refinancing and closing the deal. There's no cold calling!! Every lead the Loan Consultant works with is pre-approved. You explain the benefits, guide the process, and close — in whichever language your customer is most comfortable with.

This is a remote role with a training structure behind it. Loan Consultant training consists of:

• A 60-day hands-on training program
• A clear, proven process to follow
• A team that helps you get there

Hours are firm, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CT, and the pace is fast, but you'll always know what to do next. If you like coaching, structure, and closing deals — this role delivers.

New hires can expect to start earning performance bonuses in their first month of employment and to be hitting OTE after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• 2+ years of experience in a sales-based and/or metrics-driven work environment (industry experience NOT required)
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to be on the phone 5+ hours daily
• Ability to follow process and execute a call script and checklist
• Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred
• Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred
• High attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt and be coachable
• Basic computer skills with the ability to manage a dual-monitor setup across multiple systems

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
