[Hiring] Bilingual Insurance Producer @Advantixx Insurance Group

Role Description

Advantixx Insurance is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish insurance producer based in the Miami, Florida area to serve Nevada customers remotely. This is a full-time employee position supporting a Nevada insurance agency. The producer will develop new business, follow up with leads, conduct needs-based coverage discussions, and support assigned customers in accordance with all licensing, appointment, carrier, privacy, and agency requirements.

• Respond to inbound opportunities and conduct professional outbound follow-up with Nevada prospects and customers.
• Prepare and present authorized quotes and coverage options based on documented customer needs.
• Develop personal-lines business through approved leads, referrals, relationship building, and community outreach.
• Complete accurate applications, disclosures, consent records, notes, and follow-up activity in agency systems.
• Support retention, policy reviews, and appropriate account rounding.
• Protect confidential customer, prospect, carrier, credential, and agency information in a secure remote-work environment.
• Meet approved production, quality, documentation, responsiveness, and customer-experience expectations.
• Escalate coverage questions, complaints, potential errors, privacy incidents, and licensing or appointment concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional communication in English and Spanish.
• Active Florida resident Property & Casualty producer license in good standing.
• Active Nevada nonresident Property & Casualty producer license in good standing before performing any Nevada producer activity.
• Required carrier appointments or other authorizations must be completed before representing or transacting for a carrier.
• Reliable, private remote workspace and secure high-speed internet in the Miami, Florida area.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, sales, and customer-service skills.

Requirements

• Experience selling personal-lines insurance remotely.
• Existing Nevada nonresident license and relevant carrier appointments.
• Life & Health licensing, commercial-lines experience, or prior agency CRM experience.
