Instant Teams is offering a unique job opportunity that begins with a licensing course and training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and state licensure needed to become a successful Licensed Benefit Advisor. As a Licensed Benefit Advisor, your responsibilities include:

Selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products, including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.

Advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options.
What to Expect:

A condition of employment as a Licensed Benefit Advisor is to complete a paid training course and pass your Life and Health Insurance exam.

PAID Training: Receive comprehensive, structured training on industry regulations, product knowledge, compliance standards, and effective sales/consultation techniques.

This is an intensive 7-day, hybrid licensing program with five days of self-directed learning followed by two days of live instructor-led review.

Fully Covered Licensing Exam: Instant Teams will cover the required licensing exam cost upon passing the licensing exam.

Bridge the gap between education and employment with exclusive post-licensing employment with Instant Teams as a Licensed Benefit Advisor.
Important information and expectations about this opportunity:

Course Dates: June 15th - 19th, 2026

Instructor Review Dates: June 22nd - June 23rd, 2026 (8:00am - 5:00pm CST)

Licensing exams must be completed no later than July 15th, 2026.

During training, you will receive a set $14/hour rate for the work completed (~56 hours).

Post-Licensing Pay Rate: Training: $19/hour (~6 weeks), Post-Training: $23/hour + commission.

Schedule: Training: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4pm CST | ~6 weeks, Post-Training: TBD between the hours of 8am - 10pm CST.

Contract Length: August 3, 2026 - December 7, 2026 (potential to extend based on performance).
Qualifications

Must be located in one of the following locations: Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wyoming.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Successful completion of a background check is required (fingerprinting required in select states).

2 years of experience in consultative sales and/or customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.

Aptitude for understanding details of Medicare insurance and complying with all CMS regulations.

No contracting restrictions related to carriers and/or previous employers. Release documents are required if previously sponsored by carriers or other companies.

High-speed internet and the ability to hardwire your device.

Requires a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment.
Preferred (Assets for Success)

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (sales, service, or administrative support).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or CRM software.
