Role Description

As a Course Consultant, your role will involve:

• Calling warm leads who have already enquired.
• Learning about students' goals and interests.
• Recommending suitable beauty courses.
• Guiding students through the enrolment process.
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Building confidence through ongoing coaching and training.

This is a phone-based sales role that is relationship-driven. The ideal candidate will be a warm, engaging, and confident communicator who can connect naturally with customers while also being comfortable asking for the sale.

Qualifications

• Background in beauty counter consulting (e.g., MAC, Estée Lauder, Clicks, Dis-Chem, Truworths Beauty).
• Experience as a makeup artist, lash or nail technician, or salon coordinator/receptionist.
• Customer service or telesales/retail sales experience.
