[Hiring] B2C Sales Manager @Transparent Hiring

Role Description

Transparent Hiring is looking for a B2C Sales Manager to convert incoming leads into paying clients for our job search and relocation services. This is an inbound sales role. You will not do cold outreach or prospecting. Your job is to:

• Speak with people who have already shown interest in our services.
• Understand their situation.
• Explain how we can help.
• Follow up consistently.
• Close the sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming leads:
  • Respond to people who apply, book consultations, or contact us through our marketing channels.
• Conduct sales calls:
  • Speak with potential clients by video calls, understand their goals and situation, and determine whether our services are a good fit.
• Sell our services:
  • Clearly explain our job search and relocation services, pricing, process, and expected outcomes.
• Close deals:
  • Guide qualified leads from the first conversation through objections, decision-making, payment, and handover.
• Follow up consistently:
  • Stay in contact with potential clients through Telegram and email until they make a decision.
• Manage the sales pipeline:
  • Keep lead statuses, notes, tasks, and follow-ups accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
• Work with other teams:
  • Coordinate with marketing, job search, and relocation teams when client questions or feedback require their input.
• Track performance:
  • Monitor your pipeline, conversion rate, sales results, and other relevant sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian (C1).
• Proven sales experience: Success in conducting negotiations and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
• Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay focused on achieving goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the services, consulting or EdTech industries (Nice to Have).
• Experience working with high-value deals (from $5,000 and above) (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace (Nice to Have).
