• Relationship Building: Engage prospects personally, helping them feel confident and connected to our brand.
• Compelling Presentations: Confidently present our solutions to both individuals and groups, leaving a lasting impression.

• Needs Analysis: Gather essential information about customer needs to tailor your approach and craft compelling offers.

• Collaboration: Partner with Sales Managers and Business Unit Managers for joint visits and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Expertise: You have a track record of high achievement in B2B sales.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the textile rental business is a strong advantage.
• Sales Enthusiasm: You’re passionate about sales and motivated by hitting targets.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German, with basic English knowledge a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic PC tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Driving License: B license required; driving experience preferred.
