Role Description
We are seeking a highly dedicated and results-oriented B2B Cold Calling Executive with demonstrated experience in the US financial services sector. This role is exclusively outbound, with your daily routine centered on making a large volume of calls to key decision-makers at banks, mortgage companies, insurance providers, debt collection agencies, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Place 80β120+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients within the US financial services industry

Identify and connect with decision-makers at banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and debt collection agencies

Present a persuasive opening pitch and effectively manage objections to generate qualified leads or schedule appointments

Precisely document all call activities, outcomes, and required follow-ups in the CRM system

Maintain and update prospect lists using lead generation tools

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions

Work closely with the sales team to transfer warm leads and share market insights
Qualifications

1β6 years of experience specializing primarily in B2B outbound cold calling, not as a secondary responsibility within a broader sales role

Proven experience contacting the US market, especially within banks, financial services, mortgage, insurance, or debt collection sectors

Availability to work during US time zones (EST/CST shifts)

A strong history of consistently making high call volumes with measurable results (leads generated, appointments scheduled)

Fluent spoken English with a clear, professional, and confident telephone presence

Effective objection handling skills and the ability to engage both gatekeepers and C-level executives in meaningful dialogue

Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents) and auto-dialing tools (e.g., JustCall, Aircall, Kixie, or similar)
