[Hiring] Associate Sales Representative @Tokio Marine HCC

Role Description

Under supervision, responsible for all aspects of corporate sales and analysis both internally and externally. This position is a combination of sales support and analysis both regionally and nationally. Reports to the Growth Officer and works closely with many departments, so strong communication skills are needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
• Participate in Business Analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics and presenting information in a professional manner.
• Coordinate inquiries and RFPs from producer level.
• Provide data analysis, validation, and report development.
• Select appropriate business analysis approach. Organize and synthesize information provided by customers, vendors, and the market.
• Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making, and problem solving.
• Create sales brochures and PowerPoints for use on a regional and national basis by working with producers.
• Support marketing department when needed.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or in a related field or the equivalent education and or experience.
• 2 Years Sales and Analysis experience. Working in a team environment. Multitasking and Time Management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely creative and ability to look for unconventional solutions to problems.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization and priority assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and produce quality work in deadline-driven environments.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• The ability to be a self-starter who takes ownership and full accountability.
