Role Description
In this role, the Associate Sales Executive will identify potential clients through consults with prospects to identify which business services will solve their business challenges, create sales opportunities, and ultimately sell those services to new and existing clients. As a Small Business Sales Executive, you will be a critical part of a brand-new inside sales team thatโs helping deliver transformational growth for the organization.
Day to day, you'll:

Drive the adoption of our service offerings to interested small business owners.

Own your pipeline of leads and everything about them. Your sales are our growth. You will nurture leads beyond consultation where necessary, keeping the sales funnel robust, prioritized, and growing.

Record all account, contact, and sales activities in CRM in a timely manner.

Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.

Communicate regularly with sales management on progress.

Provide a consistent and accurate monthly forecast to sales management.

Establish customer relationships that enable you to be viewed as a trusted advisor.

Work closely with Account Managers to support effective new client onboarding.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Experience in a B2B customer-facing role with a track record of high performance.

Familiar with managing a lead or sales pipeline.

Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Previous experience as an account or client manager, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.

Punctual and accountable.
-
Resourcefulness, proactively leveraging available resources and knowing when to ask for help.

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or other).

Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation ability as sales are completed remotely with prospects across the country.
Requirements

Bachelorโs degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience (preferred).

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (preferred).

Knowledge or familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting (preferred).

Work experience with small businesses (preferred).

Experience with sales engagement and dialing/call coaching platforms (preferred).

The pay range for this position is $21.59 - $32.40/Hr. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
