Role Description
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and technically curious Associate Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales Engineering team in Warsaw, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering for the region. In this role, you will work closely with experienced sales engineers and account executives to support the sales process and help customers understand the value of Infoblox solutions. You will also learn all aspects of the sales process and participate in Infoblox global technical training programs.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Assist in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers

Support the development of proof-of-concepts / values (POC/Vs) of Infoblox solutions

Collaborate with pre-sales solutions architects to gather customer requirements and map them to Infoblox’s offerings

Leverage defined pre-sales tools in customer engagements and supporting pre-sales solutions architects

Help respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requests

Learn and maintain a solid understanding of our DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking solutions

Participate in discovery calls and meetings to understand customer environments and challenges

Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateral

Enable partner technical sales teams on Infoblox solutions and positioning to customers
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
-
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a technology organization

Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing

Fluency in English and German, French or Swedish

Ideally some familiarity with Infoblox products or similar technologies or experience with networking labs, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or scripting, such as Python or Bash

Six Months: Have a foundational knowledge of our product/solution portfolio; Demonstrate fluency with either on-prem or SaaS-based Infoblox solutions; Identify 1-2 specialisation areas; Capable of handling primary SE customer-facing tasks with help from others

One Year: Demonstrate fluency with all Infoblox solutions; Capable of handling advanced SE customer-facing tasks with only occasional help from others; Go-to person for specialisation area for the assigned region
