Role Description
The Associate Director, US Cell Therapy Sales Account Planning & Business Strategy serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing and advancing the strategic planning and business acumen capabilities of the US Cell Therapy Sales organization for both sites of care and community targets.

Partners with Sales Leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders, including Medical, Market Access, and the Cell Scheduling & Logistics Team.

Translates organizational priorities into actionable account strategies, customer engagement plans, deployment approaches, and business insights.

Builds scalable frameworks that enable the field organization to identify opportunities, prioritize resources, and execute against evolving business objectives.

Leverages data, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and market insights to drive innovative business solutions and optimize account planning.
Key Responsibilities

Account Planning & Business Strategy

Lead development and continuous evolution of account planning frameworks and tools.

Partner with Sales Leadership to establish account planning standards and best practices.

Develop strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement and patient access.

Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives related to field structure and resource allocation.

Integrate cross-functional needs for proactive strategic account planning.

Transform performance data into actionable field strategies and business recommendations.

Lead business analyses that inform planning decisions and organizational strategy.

Technology & Capability Enablement

Define and prioritize business requirements for strategic account planning.

Partner with technology and analytics teams to enhance sales force tools.

Drive adoption of account planning methodologies and digital solutions.

Deepen Business Acumen of the Cell Therapy Sales team through upskilling initiatives.

Strategic Planning & Leadership Support

Support Sales Leadership with executive-level presentations and strategic planning sessions.

Lead development of annual business planning processes and quarterly business reviews.

Partner with various teams to ensure strategic alignment across customer-facing functions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

MBA, M.S., or other advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related functions.

Demonstrated experience in business planning, sales strategy, and analytics.

Experience supporting oncology, hematology, or complex treatment environments preferred.

Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making.
