Role Description
The Area Sales Manager Indirect II is responsible for driving business growth by developing new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within an assigned territory for Grow Financial. This role includes:

Oversight of the indirect dealership network.

Ensuring effective management, communication, training, and support to dealer vendors.

Monitoring dealership portfolio performance and making recommendations for any risk mitigation.

Acting as a liaison between dealership vendors and Grow business units.

Managing strategic account performance.
-
Analyzing market data and generating regular reporting for their designated market area.
-
Supporting overall opportunity for business growth in new markets and states, including overnight travel.

Assisting with new hire training and attendance at business-related conferences.

Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management.
This position will service the Ohio Valley Market.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university is preferred.

Five years of successful business-to-business Account Management experience including cold calling, prospecting leads, and training skills required; or two years of experience as an Indirect Dealer Account Manager I at Grow Financial.

Five yearsβ experience in indirect lending, underwriting, auto industry sales, or an equivalent combination is required.

Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Above average time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills.

Must possess a valid driverβs license.

Must live in the assigned territory.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, DealerTrack, RouteOne, and use of Customer Relationship Management system.
Requirements

Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to hear and use a telephone.

Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
