Your key objectives will include:

Building and maintaining customer relationships in the region.

Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.

Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Promoting and selling valve and valve related products and services, directly to current and new customers utilizing value selling techniques.

Owning your assigned geographic territory and/or customer relationships; working it with pride and ingenuity, as if it were your own business.

Meeting and/or exceeding assigned targets for both product and territory.

Creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.

Engaging with the organization to qualify opportunities.

Pursue and review inquiries from clients for New Valve/OE M&J Valves.
-
Pursue and review inquiries from clients for Aftermarket parts and services for M&J Valves and field services opportunities to support our Aftermarket Operations.

Informing customers of new products/value streams and/or service introductions and prices.

Helping develop colleaguesโ understanding, as needed/requested.
-
Must be able to travel overnight up to 70%.
Qualifications

Strong sales skills with the ability to handle high-volume sales and quoting.

Understanding of complex selling process and sales cycle.

Excellent account management skills combined with the ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience selling pipeline valves OR 10 years of experience selling aftermarket valve services.
-
A bachelorโs degree, ideally in a technical field is highly preferred.

Knowledge of midstream and downstream Oil and Gas markets.
-
Basic understanding of AP16D code.
-
Experience selling to the Oil & Gas or Power Utility industries is highly preferred.
